By submitting this employment application to Leveled Concrete (“the Company”), I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information

I certify that all information provided on this application, and in any attachments or supporting documents, is true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false statement, omission, or misrepresentation may disqualify me from employment or result in immediate termination if discovered after employment begins.

2. Authorization to Verify Information

I authorize Leveled Concrete to verify the information provided in this application, including my education, employment history, references, and any other relevant data. I release the Company and any persons or entities providing such information from any liability related to the verification process.

3. Background Checks

I understand that the Company may perform background checks, which may include criminal history, driving records, credit checks (where job-related), and drug/alcohol screening. I will provide written authorization for such checks as required by law. I understand that employment is contingent upon the successful completion and review of these screenings.

4. At-Will Employment

If hired, I understand that my employment with Leveled Concrete will be at-will, meaning it is not for a specified period and may be terminated by me or the Company at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable laws. No oral statement or representation by any supervisor or manager shall alter this at-will relationship.

5. No Contract of Employment

I understand that this application does not constitute an offer or contract of employment. No promises regarding employment have been made to me, and I understand that no such promise is binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

6. Drug-Free Workplace

I acknowledge that Leveled Concrete maintains a drug-free workplace and that I may be required to undergo drug testing as a condition of employment and/or continued employment. Refusal to submit to such testing may result in the denial or termination of employment.

7. Right to Work in the United States

I understand that if I am offered employment, I will be required to provide documentation proving my identity and legal authorization to work in the United States in accordance with federal immigration law (Form I-9).

8. Texas Law Applies

This application and any potential employment relationship shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved under Texas law, and any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Texas.
